A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking: reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel within 6 weeks of your start date, we are only able to offer refunds if we are able to re-let the property.

A house-keeping deposit of £100.00 is requested on payment of the balance.

We ask guests to arrive no earlier than 3pm. Please vacate the property by 10am on day of departure.

We do not charge for cleaning costs, but ask that guests leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
